For the Welcome Dinner, delegates and guests will be treated to an enchanting evening—a celebration of Filipino culture through local cuisine, traditional dances and a fashion show.
The dinner and show will be held at Centro de Turismo and El Vestibulo, a museum and tourism hub that offers an immersive experience and will take visitors on a journey through the Walled City’s pre-colonial roots and its role as a Spanish colonial center. The museum features sacred art and historical artifacts.
International Night

Venue: The Blue Leaf – McKinley Hill, 100 Park Avenue, Mc Kinley Hill Bonifacio Global City
Attire: Smart Casual, preferably in black or dark colors
It will be a night of rhythm and moves in celebration of global cultures and inclusivity that fosters unity and appreciation.
The venue is at the Blue Leaf Events Pavillion, a premier events place featuring modern Asian architecture nestled within a vibrant city.
Spouses Program
A special networking activity for the spouses and companions of delegates and guests of the 84th Executive Council Meeting and Conference will be organized.
To join the program, delegates are requested to send the names of their spouses and companions to ird@pdic.gov.ph if interested.
A day of culinary adventure and cultural immersion, sightseeing, and souvenir shopping (including a visit to one of the biggest pearl markets in the city) await participants of the Spouses Program.
Day Tour
Date: March 28, 2026
Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Assembly time at 7:00 a.m.)
Venue: Pico de Loro Cove
After staying for days in a modern lifestyle hub, our delegates and guests will be treated to a Networking Activity that involves a Day Tour to nature’s getaway, the Pico de Loro. A beach cove and a premier eco-tourism destination in Nasugbu, Batangas, the place has mangroves, hidden waterfalls and hosts to 120 bird species and nesting sea turtles.
Aqua/outdoor activities for the Day Tour participants like yacht and boat cruise ith snorkel, head and shoulder massage at the beach, as well as indoor activities like bowling, billiards, and karaoke will be organized. We will send out a Sign Up Sheet later to register for the activities.
